The two racks in the tent are set up as follows:

Rack 1, Row 1:
Green Leaf Lettuce (Germination time 2-14 days, Mature time 45 days) /
Radish(Germination time 4-12 days, Mature time 23 days)

Rack 1, Row 2:
Turnip (Germination time 4-7 days, Mature time 55 days) /
Kohlrabi (Germination time 3-10 days, Mature time 55 days)

Rack 1, Row 3:
Beet (Germination time 5-10 days, Mature time 59 days) /
Carrot (Germination time 7-21 days, Mature time 75 days)

Rack 2, Row 1:
Onion, Red (Germination time 7-10 days, Mature time 20-30 days) /
Onion, Yellow (Germination time 7-10 days, Mature time 20-30 days)

Rack 2, Row 2:
Lavender (Germination time 14 days, Mature time 90 days) /
Butterhead Lettuce (Germination time 5-10 days, Mature time 50-60 days)

Rack 2, Row 3:
Basil (Germination time 12-18 days, Mature time 21 days) /
Raab Broccoli (Germination time 10-21 days, Mature time 55 days)

Also, the Navel Orange Tree is in the tent as well.
